A long way as an expert in measurement is the best guarantee. The laboratory of Kromschroeder, S.A. develops gas meter calibration services since its foundation.
The Gas Meter Calibration Laboratory of Kromschroeder is endorsed by the accreditation as ENAC Calibration Laboratory,
according to the criteria included in the UNE-EN ISO / IEC 17025 standard.
This qualification recognizes the technical competence and the validity of the results of the calibration tests, responding to the
requirements of the organizations or entities and is an endorsement for our clients.
+ Diaphragm gas meters (G1,6 ÷ G160): Flow m3/h 0,010 m3/h ≤ Q ≤ 250 m3/h
+ Turbine and positive displacement gas meters (DN ≤ 200): Flow m3/h 0,16 m3/h ≤ Q ≤ 2500 m3/h
+ Turbine quantometers (DN ≤ 200): Flow m3/h 0,16 m3/h ≤ Q ≤ 2500 m3/h
Our Laboratory has the strictest internal and external quality controls to guarantee reliability on the results.
The master meters of our calibration test rig are traceable with the Physicalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) which is the
National Institute of Metrology of the Federal Republic of Germany.
A diligent and complete service
Upon the arrival of your measurement equipment to our facilities, the instrument is immediately identified and undergoes to an
exhaustive process that includes a preliminary inspection and operation test.
If the instrument is in operating conditions, it is brought into the laboratory where remains for a minimum amount of time to be
tempered. Depending on the type of instrument and its measurement capacity, the test rig is adjusted to the appropriate conditions and the
calibration process is started.
If the results are correct, the instrument is marked and the corresponding certificate is issued. Then the equipment is returned
to the customer.
f the preliminary inspection phase is not satisfactory, a report is issued to the client with a proposal for repair and / or adjustment, if possible. After an eventual repair / adjustment of the instrument, it is subjected to the corresponding calibration test.
